Shipping Policy

linklik2u.com processes your order with 1-5 business day. Once we have shipped your package, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation and a tracking number will be attached so that you can check the status of your package.

1. Good Protection

All packages are packed in well-protective carton box for the best protection.

2. Total Delivery Time

Processing Time = From the time we received your order to the time we start to packaging your order. One or two days to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, and to make sure the shipping address is correct.
Minimum time: 1- 3 business days.
We do not process your order on weekend or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
Any orders that are placed after 3.00 pm GMT+8 will be processed the following business day.

Packaging Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or three. You will be notified if your order are not in stock.
Minimum time: 1-3 business days

Shipping Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you.

Register Air Mail: Most shipped packages are delivered within 21-30 business days from the day they are shipped ( international Oder ).
Poslaju EMS: Most shipped package are delivered within 2-3 business days from the day they are shipped ( Malaysia Oder ).

Our shipping carrier only delivers Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. There are no weekend deliveries

Friendly reminder: If your order contains too many products, linklik2u.com may ship your order via different shipping companies to avoid custom problem for some country.
We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you.

* No one can guarantee the exact shipping time because it can be affected by many factors such as postal delay or customs inspection. If you cannot get your package in 4 weeks, please kindly let us know.

3.Shipping Cost

Shipping costs for orders from linklik2u.com is free.

For orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing, or merchandise refuse by customer for any reasons, shipping fees are non-refundable.In that case we will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred.

6. Out of Stock

We try to keep linklik2u.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular merchandise will always be available.When our merchandise is out of stock, we would like to refund, or exchange an item. Meanwhile, you could choose to wait for our merchandise restock as well.If you decide to wait for our merchandise, please be aware you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times stated above.
